Free shipping with purchases of $200 and more in Canada.

Your order will be shipped within 2 business days following the date of your purchase.

Upon receipt of your order, there may be customs fees and/or taxes, so please check the applicable taxes and customs duties in your country.

We do not refund taxes or customs duties. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Our return policy is 30 days for exchanges and 15 days for refunds. If more than 30 days for exchanges or 15 days for refunds have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Sale items are also eligible for refunds and exchanges.

They can print your return label and send it back to us directly.

If you have trouble obtaining your return label, you can email us at: capitaine@capitainedabord.com to request a return label (it will be sent to you by email).

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you ship an item over $100, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Intimate underwear
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to inform you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Postage fees are non-refundable

It may take some time before a refund is displayed.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the size of your item does not suit you, we can exchange it.

If you are interested in another item, we can exchange it for this one without any problem.
