Canada and United States

Free delivery with purchases of $200 or more in Canada and the United States.

Your order will be sent within 2 working days following the date of your purchase.

Orders from abroad (excluding Canada, United States)

Free delivery with purchases of $400 or more for Europe:

Upon receipt of your order there may be customs fees and/or taxes, so find out about the taxes and customs in force in your country.

We do not refund taxes or customs . 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

Our returns policy is 30 days for exchanges and 15 days for refunds. If more than 30 days for exchanges or 15 days for refunds have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Items on sale are also eligible for refunds and exchanges.

They will be able to print your return label and return it to us directly.

If you have difficulty obtaining your return label you can email us at: captain@capitainedabord.com to request a return label (it will be sent to you by email).

You will be responsible for paying for postage to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Intimate underwear
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged or having missing parts will not be accepted.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Postage costs are not refundable

It may take some time before a refund is posted.

Trades
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If the size of your item does not suit you, we can exchange it for you.

If you are interested in another item, we can exchange it for this one without any problem.
