Canada and United States

Free delivery with purchase of $100 or more in Canada and the United States.

Your order is dispatched within 2 working days of the date of your purchase.

Orders from abroad (outside Canada, United States)

Free delivery with purchase of $300 or more for Europe: 

Germany, Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Vatican City State, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Norway, Country Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Switzerland, Czech Republic

Upon receipt of your order, there may be customs fees and/or taxes, so find out about the taxes and customs in force in your country.

We do not refund taxes or customs. 


Our return policy is 30 days for exchanges and 15 days for refunds. If more than 30 days for exchanges or 15 days for refunds have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You will be responsible for paying for postage to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
intimate underwear
Certain health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Postage costs are non-refundable

It may take some time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged.

If the size of your article does not suit you, we can exchange it for you.
