'Verb to do is a brand born in the Iberian Peninsula of non-conformism and the desire to do. Doing things that bring you closer to where you want to be, abandoning the attitude of "let it go" and "whatever will be, will be."
Inspired by this non-conformism, as well as by a passion for the fashion, art, and culture sectors, the first collection of maxi-scarves was born to add color to those gray winter days.
"We had been looking for some time for a garment that would add the finishing touch to winter looks, often monotonous and a bit flat, and we were aware that scarves are a piece of clothing that makes winter less cold and more 'pleasant'."
"We also clearly stated that we wanted to offer a more sustainable option than what already existed on the market. After discussing with numerous suppliers and researching the best formulas, we found REPREVE, an American company that has been collecting plastic bottles and debris from the oceans since 2007 to reuse fibers that can be optimally used in the fashion industry. We knew we were close... and so, after several contacts, we reached an agreement that allows us to produce our scarves, thus giving a better life to all this plastic waste, contributing to cleaning the oceans, and also with unbeatable quality."
"This is how we took the plunge and started thinking about all the things we often dislike about these clothes, such as the fact that they itch, they bunch up, they aren't warm... to find a garment that would bring all these things together in one..."
...And this is just a small part of our beginnings, a group of young people met along their journey after having navigated a lot in the fashion industry and eager to do different things to enjoy the little moments... We'll tell you more soon ;D
